We exist to make privacy compliance simple, strategic, and human.
PrivaLex is a Philippine consulting firm built by lawyers and governance professionals who believe that data privacy isn’t just a legal duty — it’s an act of leadership and trust. We help organisations navigate the Data Privacy Act with clarity and conviction, turning compliance into culture.
Our Mission is to make privacy compliance practical and principled.
At the helm of PrivaLex is Atty. Aurelle Dominic Narag, whose leadership anchors the firm’s mission to make privacy compliance both practical and principled.
Before founding PrivaLex, he served with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) under Privacy Commissioner Raymund Liboro, contributing to national programs on policy, research, and stakeholder engagement. His experience in the NPC’s PhilDPO initiative and Data Breach Response Team gave him an insider’s understanding of how compliance is evaluated, taught, and enforced in the Philippines.
Today, Atty. Narag brings that perspective to the private sector, leading a multidisciplinary team of lawyers, compliance officers, and governance professionals. Drawing from his experience as an entrepreneur and as Chairman of Ardent Paralegal and Business Solutions, Inc., he ensures that every PrivaLex engagement balances regulatory rigor with business practicality.
